A Korean customer’s 4g bouillon cube press forming wrapping counting & pre-made bag packing machine line
This is a 4g processing and 10g processing in one line by sharing one bouillon cube pressing machine. The bouillon cube pressing machine has two outlets, one time can use one oulet, if need to produce the other size cubes, need to change the moulds of the pressing machine and change to the other outlet.
It’s a customized line according to customer’s factory size and their need from Brgihtwin Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd.

This is a chicken cubes automatic bag packing line: 800-1000pcs cubes per minute, for a customer from Nigeria, big company.
The line is from chicken cube pressing to chicken cubes wrapping with film, finally chicken cube arranging counting and packing into bags.
This customer has two type bag packing: 25 cubes in each bag, and 100 cubes in each bag.

This is a line for a customer in Sri Lanka，for 4g Maggie cubes counting and filling cups sealing and press capping machine, 25pcs cubes in each cup, and the capacity of the line can get 25 cups per minute.

The line contains two chicken cube pressing machines, ten chicken cube paper film wrapping machines, one chicken cube counting and filling machine, one bottle spindle capping machine(with caps elevator) and one oval bottle double sides labeling machine.
It can finish pressing powder to cubes, wrapping cubes with paper film, counting 0-200 wrapped cubes and filling them into bottles, then spindle capping the bottles and feeding caps automatically, finally labeling the bottles.
