Overview
The seasoning cubes paper tray packing machine can finish automatically stacking cubes, gluing paper trays, pushing product onto trays, folding trays, and sealing etc. It is applicable for packing various solid regular objects like chicken cubes, shrimp cubes, beef cubes, candy boxes, chocolate, dishwasher tablets, seasoning cubes etc. 

This is a customized bouillon cubes automatic paper tray packing sealing machine.  Cubes' arragement in the trays is: 4 layers, 3 columns and 5 rows.

This machine consists of two parts,incolud stacking conveyor and the paper tray forming and sealing machine.

The stacking conveyor's system can arrange the cubes to be customer requested 4 layers, 3 columns and 5 rows.

The seasoning cubes paper tray packing machine can automatic feed trays, glue them and fold them, finally seal. At the same time single products are stacked by arrangement system(seasoning cubes paper tray packing machine),and then the stacked cubes are pushed into the glued paper,  then fold the paper. Finally, finished packed products (60 cubes in each tray) will be transported out by the conveyor.
