The carton tray packing machine can finish automatically stacking products, gluing carton trays, pushing product onto trays, folding trays, and sealing etc. It is applicable for packing various solid regular objects like chicken cubes, shrimp cubes, beef cubes, candy boxes, chocolate, dishwasher tablets etc.

This machine consists of two parts,incolud stacking conveyor and the box qutomatic tray packing sealing machine.

The stacking conveyor's system can arrange the assorted fruit flavor candy boxes to be customer requested stacking method, like 3 layers 2 rows and 4 columns or other stacking method.

The customized assorted fruit flavor candy box automatic tray packing sealing machine can automatic feed trays, glue them and fold them, finally seal. At the same time single products are stacked by arrangement system(stacking method is according to customers' request,can be customized),and then the stacked products are pushed into the glued carton tray. Finally, finished packed products (24 cubes in each box)are transported out by the conveyor.
