A Korean customer’s 4g bouillon cube press forming wrapping counting & pre-made bag packing machine line

This line contains one bouillon cube press forming machine. The left outlet connects to 4g processing line: one 4g bouillon cube wrapping machine, one bouillon cubes lifting elevator, one bouillon cubes counting machine and one bouillon cubes pre-made bap packing machine. The right outlet connects to : 10g processing line: one 10g bouillon cube wrapping machine and one bouillon cubes box packing machine.

4g processing line can get about 200-220 cubes/min, each bag packing 30-50 cubes, number of the cubs can be set on the Touchscreen of the bouillon cube counting machine, and for different size bags, the pre-made bag packing machine just need to adjust some where. 

10g processing line can get about 180 cubes/min, each box packing 2/6/8 cubes, for different qty cubes the box packing machine need to change some parts and adjust some where to match different size boxes. The whole line is automatical, save much labor cost.
