This machine is used to pack solid square and retangle products with flat bottom such as bouillon cube, enveloper-wrapping chocolate, and candy etc.
It is back sealing machine, high accuracy, stable operate and low noises.

Principle of envelope type wrapping machine

The machine wraps the products fully automatically by charging the products into a inlet conveyor, and the product transported along the conveyor close to the machine. The product is pushed upward by a lift head when it comes right below a wrapping former. At this time wrapping material prepared before hand is fed by a paper feeder via paper feeding channel, and is cut to a predetermined size. A piece of wrapping material cut and the product pass simultaneously through the wrapping former, and contoured pack or four cornered pack except bottom fold is made. Then the product will be clamped in a fixed position, when the bottom fold is done by 3 folding plate. And the next, the product is pushed to a heat sealing plate to be heat sealed. Thus, the product is completely wrapped and is discharged one by one.
